Intended for beginners and others without the need for extensive skills in photo editing, Elements for Mac provides a simpler manipulation than Photoshop. Quick fix features in Photoshop Elements are also missing, and some features, such as radial and gradient filters, are only offered through Wonders of Photoshop. It is also limited to a max file size of 5.5GB. In comparison, Lightroom CC for macOS provides the same basic editing tools found in Elements.
